Adult Leader or Scout Master:

From the very beginning of the scout movement, any kind of team manager was called "scoutmaster". The Scout Master's responsibility is to manage the Scout Team - the team means the Cub Scout Team, the Scout Team, the Rover Scout Team. But. Now Scoutmasters are known as Cub Scout Leaders, Scout Leaders, Rover Scout Leaders.

Scouting children is such a joyful program of character-building for adolescent youth. Likewise, it is worth considering that food is an enjoyable activity for the adults involved. The team leader witnessed very closely how a small human child became a real human being. However, the feeling of responsibility is associated with that joyful feeling. The success of Scouting also depends on the leadership of the team leader.

Bangladesh Scouts have made it mandatory to join any team to be at least 25 years old as a leader.
